Wait a second? It's almost like everything we sell is below RRP & the Coles and Woolworths Prices?
Selling things at a negative profit margain does sound like a bad plan!
Thats why we buy from our suppliers & wholesalers. Once again, do your research before complaining :)
$10.35 shipping, too much for me unfortunately, otherwise I'd go for the nesspresso caps
Thats totally fair!
As stated on our delivery pricing page we are working with our delivery courier (Sendle) on getting lower prices throughout Australia.
This includes delivery outside of NSW, and hopefully deliveries capping at around $6 in NSW.
Hope you give us another shot then.
Just a suggestion to OP that they change at least the last line on https://www.ozgroceries.com.au/our-policies.
"After 7 days it is up to our discretion to take appropriate action."
Maybe you better read up on the ACL before making such sweeping statements. https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees… might be a good starting point.
Thanks for pointing that out, correction should be that the 7 Day Policy only applies if you make a change of mind on a purchase.
If your product is damaged significantly, or out of date/incorrectly advertised you are entitled to a refund.
I can confirm we've never breached the ACCC guidelines before as we have happily refunded products that have arrived damaged in past.
There back!!!! Remember when you tried to pre-launch and you were ozbargainer for being amateurish. I would have thought that you would have taken that on board and planned a better launch strategy. Taking stuff off a Coles shelf, adding a grossly inflated RRP and flogging here isn't a cunning plan Baldrick.
