Has anyone used a USB endoscope app that isn't dodgy Chinese spyware/ad spamming garbage? Happy to pay for a decent one, have tried heaps and none have been too impressive.

Have you tried CameraFi?
Pretty basic but it's free. Bad reviews for it but it worked OK for me.
Supposed to contain ads but I use an ad-blocker so I don't see them.
