  Great discount, I just wish they had more preorders!

  What do you mean when it works for Steam accounts? The CD key they give can be used to download the game from steam?

    Yes, thats only for Steamworks games like Fear 3, Deus Ex: HR and Duke Nukem forever and others. Non steamworks games, eg Assassins Creed can be installed using the program called Capsule and you use the cd key they give you. Once you have it installed you dont need to use the capsule program again.

    For Steamworks games like Duke Nukem Forever, you can activate them on steam, just like you purchased it from Steam, but cheaper ;)
