ShopBack Expensive Order via Amazon Get Rejected?

i have used shopback before for small amount purchases with no issue at all, but 2 months ago, i purchase this thinkpad laptop here,

So i still had my laotop, definitely didn't cancel or return it, i was paying this laptop partially with $120 amazon gift card, which according to Shopback term and condition order paid for with gift cards is valid as per below, is there anyone in the same boat that can share past experience or resolution?

"Shopback will adhere to the categorization recommendations from Amazon
Cashback is only payable on order value (excludes taxes, shipping and packaging costs) and as of 6th May 2019, is valid on orders paid for with gift cards"

Just an update after i disputed the claim, now my cashback is confirmed,thanks for checking.

    They have a process for dealing with rejected claims. Have you followed through that process? They get receipt from you and chase up the seller.

    I've run through the appeal process and received my cashback after numerous follow up emails. It is in my bank account now.

      thanks, that's what i want to check, i did email them my invoice etc and waiting for the reply.., just want to see other people general experience of rejected claim.

    Same thing happening to me now. Waited and waited. All proof sent and still waiting. They won't even reply to my emails now. Over $490 rejected when I should be getting it. Back to Cashrewards until they sort it out.
