This is the cheapest this hand mixer has been on Amazon AU so far. The second cheapest is $24.99 on eBay. I started a Keto diet this month and it's the first I have ever baked anything so I was looking for a hand mixer and bought this myself. Just in case anyone else was after one.

PS: I decided to do intermittent fasting with it as well, so I am eating only twice a day, and with all this no sugar and no carbs, I got scared seeing how much weight I am losing. I am afraid I am going to be on this diet for life, minus the intermittent fasting. Haha
Depending what you bake a hand whisk could be better.
I made a keto cake last week and I had to whisk the butter and cream cheese for ages despite leaving them outside for an hour. Saw all the Keto YouTubers using a hand mixer in seconds so I hope this will come in handy.
@AussieDaddy: Fair enough, creaming use beater for sure. Its more for traditional baking where gluten activates ect but can also be good for not over working mixes.
Edit: my next experiment is to use 2/3 cauliflower 1/3 almond meal 1 tsp baking soda to 1/2 cup greek yogurt to make some no flour rolls. Might be bad but i love playing with food!
