Not a fan of the taste

    • +6

Me neither but could not say no to a freebie ๐Ÿ˜…

    • Is it that bad? I love creaming soda but even more if it's sugar-free.

      • It's not something I would ever buy, but it's drinkable IMO. Unlike the other ones (raspberry, orange etc).

        • The Raspberry Pepsi Max was amazing.

      • It tastes nothing like creaming soda, but tasted sickeningly sweet to me.

Umm…its a soda drink. It's supposed to taste sweet! LOL

Tip the contents out and get the 10c for recycling.

      • We don't have the refund scheme in victoria

      Tastes like musk sticks IMO

Bought 2 bottles last week. Bloody terrible, tastes like cough medicine. Worst Pepsi flavour ever made, and I love Pepsi varieties

      Free cough medicine ๐Ÿ˜

WOW, you must drink some amazingly tasty medicine.

I think the taste is fantastic. I guarantee it tastes absolutely nothing like medicine.
Lets do a blind test of 100 people. I"m pretty sure at least 99 would be able to tell which was the soda and which was a medicine.

May I suggest you see your doctor, as something is wrong with your taste buds.

Beg to differ. Set up the taste test and I'll be there ! ๐Ÿค”

Not sure about others but I like the taste of Pepsi Max Creaming Soda.

    • $1.20 for a 1.125L bottle @ woolworths atm

  • Wow nice

Its ok but its no pepsi raspberry. At least the didnt go with something like peach like coke did; now that really did taste like cough medicine

    • I can't decide which is worse.

    • -4

You too? Who are all these people DRINKING cough medicine?

I can't recall ever taking any in past decades, but if I did, it would be by the spoonful, not as a drink LOL

No wonder Australia has such a serious drug problem. Is this how they start? By drinking cough medicine?

Loved Rapsberry, this a little less but still neat.

Coke Peach was awful, and as much as I wanted to like it, Coke with coffee was gross too. Didn't stop me consuming it, at least they were both sugar free.

Coke Plus in Japan with added fibre.. not bad either!

At first I was "Yuck, this tastes like Dr Pepper"

Then I got half way through the can and thought "Yum, this tastes like Dr Pepper"

    Kinda like smoking

Had a sip and straight to the bin…tastes like medicine!

      and another…this is hilarious.

I am beginning to suspect the competition is creating profiles so they can pan the new Pepsi drink.

Obviously it tastes nothing like medicine.

      • Just because u think it doesn't taste like medicine, no need to force your bias opinions on everyone else. As i said I love Pepsi max and all the flavours they have brought out, but this one is terrible and has That cough medicine taste to me, and obviously others as well.

Says the guy who has had an account for 1 hour and 28 minutes.

      • I am beginning to suspect the competition is creating profiles so they can pan the new Pepsi drink.

Says the two hour old account.

      • you must have to work for pepsi, account only 3 hours old.

Love the taste of Pepsi, Creaming Soda and Dr Pepper but this tastes like chemicals. If they had a non-sugar free version I'd be all over it but this tastes like ass

    • Agree. Love cherry coke, love Dr pepper, love vanilla coke, love creaming soda. I can taste elements of Pepsi and creaming soda for this drink, but it is awful and I imagine this is what other people mean when they try Dr pepper and say it tastes like cough medicine.

  • +2

    Don't even bother, it's awful.

I'm a regular buyer. Leaves no bad aftertaste like the old style no sugar sodas used to.
and clearly a ton of others are buying as well, as the shelves often empty of it quite quickly.

The concerted campaign here to try and say it tastes horrible or like medicine is starting to look very obviously like the competition posting bogus reviews. Only an idiot would suggest it tastes like medicine as its mostly PEPSI COLA! LOL

I think you forgot to tick the box below saying you are associated with PepsiCo. Never seen someone getting their back up over other people's opinions over a soft drink lol

      • Itโ€™s been out since late August, and youโ€™re a regular buyer…

Everything points to you being a shill. Tick the associated box and be honest.

  • To me, every one of these Pepsi Max flavours tastes very much the same. Super sweet and not enjoyable. Pepsi raspberry was awful, coke raspberry was a much better drink.

  • Cute chick in the middle…

      What about the giant blonde.

      Death by snoo snoo.

      • The thighs… yeh, death by snoo snoo

      • The giant blonde can snoo snoo me any time.

    • Even caught the attention of the PSO in the background there with that photograph at the train station.

Perhaps they thought it was Coke staff mock Pepsi having to give away their product? ;-)

  • I'd like to see them bring in Salted Caramel
