Ok….just found a secret online lol

Me and my son was busy making rupees on the vending machine. Not going to teach him the trick as its not an ethical method.

Finally it make sense "a Zelda game where you can become a thief."

    • rupees ?

      • Yes they hide under rocks.. Or in fields of grass that u can cut with a spinning sword move… I do it all time in parks seems to scare people though so try n be a bit more discreet I guess.. You can also sell bits of the things u kill for them… Just don't let the police catch u… They don't seem to believe me when I tell them that's a moblins fang not a person's… Sheeesh

    • You actually can become a thief, steal from the shop. :)

    I'm thoroughly enjoying this.
It was my first Game-boy game, so i'm quite biased, but the remake is very close to 1:1.
They even left the extra dungeon key in the Tail Dungeon. Music is fantastic. Art style is strangely suited to it.
Graphics hitches are disappointing but i didn't expect much from the third party studio who developed it.

Highly recommend if you're a Zelda fan. Not sure how it would go down if you weren't.

I've yet to play any zelda game.

Guess this will be my 1st.

        Why not BotW instead?

        • prob not a 3rd person fan?

        • That too!

    • I picked this one up, never played the gameboy one.
But I wish I did now, it looks exactly like what I would have enjoyed.
Anyway, did the original have the chained chomp at the start too?

  • Of topic, but is anyone even bothering with the amiibo for this? Seems like their popularity has really dropped now

    • You can get the Powersaves for amiibo thingy

      • I have a powersave thing sitting around. Never tried it lol Just liked collecting the amiibos at one point. Seems like Nintedo has bumped up all new amiibo pricing to $21 now which is crazy

    • I still collect them, the new waves have really good detail hence the price increase. This link's awakening amiibo has sold out nationwide in 2 days… so yeah if you were on the fence, then good luck finding one in any stores.

The membership really the tax to the government, how else are they able to offer cheaper prices.

    • +4

      They're not always cheap.

    • prices keep hiking up… a lot of things cost same as supermarkets if not more and the quality of the products seems to be dropping in some areas.

      • Surely you jest mate.

  • That new German mob not going to have too much trouble competing with Costco price points ! Even Coles and Woolies specials( most of the time rip off) beat em .

  • I'm playing the game right now and it's amazing. 10/10.

Are the frame rate drops bothering anyone else? I picked up a Switch Lite and the physical copy, and it's really jarring.

    • only had issues when i first opened it. its fine now. but hero mode is frustrating

    • Yeah it's mentioned in every review.
MVG and DF did videos about it.

    • Played about 5 minutes and the frame drops when a new area loads is terrible

Not game killing but certainly not nice
