        I thought on modern systems that the old rules about differences in CAS latency no longer apply in any practical sense. i.e. a small difference like c15 vs c16 would not be noticeable in real world performance (i.e. only barely noticeable in synthetic benchmarks). And that higher frequency is preferred.

  ARgh, do I need 64gb of DDR4? Currently have 32gb, and I usually max out at about 20gb… but then I'm setting up a VM now. Hmm.
