EFTPOS Gift Card Convert into Cash or Pay Credit Card

Are there any way I can turn EFTPOS gift card into cash or pay credit card?
I can only think of getting a Davidjones Amex credit card and pay in person in Davidjones store, but this will incur a $95 annual fee.
Anyone knows other ways to do it? Thank you!
