  Are you moving too? I'd just pay for baggage on the plan. 25kg is probably 1 or 2 bags - should cost around $100 if you pre-book.

  You could probably get it a few bucks cheaper by using a freight company, try toll, tnt, auspost, etc.

  With 25kg, probably easiest to just fly it. If you had over 50kg, then I'd just shove it all in a car and drive it.

  Officeworks Mailman might be about $100 for 30kg. Two nice big boxes included, but won't fit luggage.
