Bed Frame with 5+ Year Warranty?

Hey all,

Has anyone had experiences buying a decent quality bed with a warranty?

I recently received an Ikea frame for free but it's fallen apart after a couple of months.

I've been looking at this 'Zinus Ironline Metal and Wood Bed Frame'

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/362724644371?ViewItem=&item=3627…

It seems great (and cheap) but the 5 year warranty doesn't cover the sticky tabs holding the mattress to the bed.

I have a disability so a lot of the time I need to work or just spend time there on my laptop, meaning I'm leaning against the frame a lot. It's a lot of money to spend only to have to get a different bed if the mattress is sliding off all the time.

Does anyone have any long term experiences with this brand or know of any other brands with a long warranty period?

Thanks for your time.

    • Hey, thanks for the reply but the Koala frame is $800 which is a bit much for me, and looking at reviews the mattresses known to slide off the bed frame, which I am trying to avoid.

I'd check what brand they have at motels that rent rooms by the hour.

I manage Airbnbs and switched to Zinus earlier this year. I have not looked back. The beds are very sturdy, stylish and easy to put together.

I have only ever used the Ironline but recently purchased a fabric bed to test.

As a note, a ZZZ atelier mattress overhangs a little bit on the Ironline. Just a heads up as I'm pretty sure everyone here owns this mattress lol.

    • Really?

I'm looking at the zzz atelier now, it looks great. Wondering if it's worth getting that too..

  • If it's popular/good how do they only have 1 positive feedback on eBay?

    • It's 2 now

They sell through other channels. They only joined eBay in June. They might have only just started selling…

  • If you could get those matching side tables I'd buy straight away
