This Shiraz is sourced from some of the finest vineyards in South Australia. A collaboration between viticulturist and winemaker, only the best quality fruit is picked at dawn and rushed to the winery. Using traditional technique, each wine is made to sylistically express the variety.
This great Shiraz displays excellent length of fruit and silky smooth tannins having been matured in French oak. It exhibits a delicious combination of dark berries with hints of white pepper and fame.
