I bought a Latex Pocket Spring Foam Mattress, from catch and it's a week overdue. Is that usual?

The listing said 1-2 working day dispatch.

Most of the time it's 2-3 working days dispatch, but there is a case of a week before they dispatch.

Better to contact Catch customer service. Note there is a chance it's third party seller, in this case, you contact the seller, if no response, contact Catch.

its probably not sold by catch but a 3rd party seller.

just send them a message to follow up.

Catch of day direct delivery good, but they are using as platform to sale other retailers goods ( normally are good) but sometime it's hard for them to control those retailers.

Yeah, I didn't realize but it's a drop shipper, not the market place and not catch. There is a delay with the drop shipper but I have no eta as yet.

I hope it doesn't take 6 weeks lol. I really need a new mattress.

If you complain they will waive the shipping fee. It has happened to me with a pair of shoes.
