TRS Claim - Receipt with Two Names

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has had experience with using a receipt with the names of two people to claim GST back at the airport. Do both people need to be there to claim it or one of them would be fine? Thanks!

    If you're worried ask wherever you bought it to re-issue the receipt with just your name. Or check with the ABF.

      Thanks. I will see if I can get it reissued. I have also emailed ABF, will update when I hear back.

    If it's under $1000 then it won't matter, doesn't need to have a name even.

    If it's over $1000 then it will need a name and address too

    For the benefit of others, they said I would need to get it reissued in one person's name only, otherwise it wouldn't be valid for TRS claim.
