Sweet, been meaning to buy a lower profile pillow to back up my high profile pillow. I'm a fan :)

    • Thanks SirFlibbled - really appreciate your kinds words. Sleep well.

  • Got a recommendation for a lower height kids pillow?

    • +2

Hi SBOB - we have 2 pillows specifically designed for kids. Our 'The Toddler' pillow is an adjustable pillow and is a 'my first pillow' when moving from cot to bed. If you child is older than 2-3 years then we would recommend our 'The Junior' pillow: https://www.tlclatexpillows.com.au/the-junior-low-profile-so…

It is very soft, so compresses a lot when your child rests their head on it - whilst still providing that Talalay latex support. It is a beaustiful pillow. My 8 year old daughter sleeps on one & has been on it since she was 3 years old.

      I hope this helps.

      • thanks
and for 7-8 year old going to the next size, would that be the soft?
        https://www.tlclatexpillows.com.au/the-soft-medium-profile-s…

        • Yes, correct. 'The Soft' is the best next step after 'The Junior' - followed by 'The Classic'. I expect my daughter will have another year or so on her 'The Junior' and then move straight to 'The Classic' - my she is very tall for her age so will be looking for something a bit bigger.

            @Sp8472: thanks for your answers
grabbed a Jnr for the little guy and a soft which will hopefully suit the daughter about same age as yours (and get a few more years use out of it than the Jnr)

  • Interested, does your satisfaction guarantee return policy apply to this sale?

    • +4

Hi chemical-miracle - our liberal returns policy on our website does say it excludes items bought with promotion codes. That said we have never once declined a return from a customer. We are a small, family run business and we genuinely want you to love your pillow so if it isnt right then we will always endeavour work with you until you are happy.

So in short yes, if you receive the pillow and want to exchange or return it then we will accept that.

Thanks, recovering from a brain injury and need to try a better pillow. Just ordered, hopefully it suits

      • Hi rep, unfortunately the pillow doesn't suit me at all. Are you able to please pm me on how to return? Thanks

        • The best thing to do is to email [email protected] advising that the pillow i unsuitable & whether you want to send back for a refund, or exchange for an alternative pillow. They will then instruct on how to best move forward.

Sorry to hear the pillow wasn't right for you.

@Sp8472: Thanks, very impressed with the pillow unfortunately exasperated my symptoms so I can't use it.

Bought one of these (therapeutic) a while back - highly recommended.

      Thanks mickeyjuiceman - you're a star.

Thank you. I've ordered 2 Classic Plus yesterday along with some pillow protectors. Hope it'll serve us well.

The classic page says $80, but your listing above says $64?

Edit: coupon code wasn't in the ozbargain field, fixed.

Still really like my TLC pillow. Great balance of comfort and support and never seems to get gets too hot (I swear I used to flip my pillow more than twice as much). It fades into the background in the best possible way, in that I never wake up with neck or shoulder pain :)

  • +1

    Is it better than dunlopillo?
If yes, which one shall I start with?

    • Same here I would like to know as well. Is there any difference between snoring pillow and Contour latex pillow?

      • +1

These are 2 very similar pillows in that they are both contour shaped and the same height. The difference between them is the density, with 'The Stop Snore' being marginally softer than 'The Therapeutic'. 'The Stop Snore' is designed to hold you head, neck & spine in alignment - thus keeping the airways clear & open. 'The Therapeutic' is firmer and designed specifically to coerce your spine straight during sleep - which will alleviate all kinds of pain related to injury & lifestyle.

    • +1

We believe our pillows are better than Dunlopillo - but of course we are biased. Our pillows are made in the factory that used to manufacture the ORIGINAL Dunlopillo. Some years back Dunlopillo changed manufacturer and many believe the quality of the pillow decreased. Our pillows are directly comparable to the original Dunlopillos.

In terms of which pillow you should choose that does depend on your personal size & preference. That said I feel the perfect 'all rounder' pillow is our 'The Classic Plus'. It is the same profile (height) and density as 'The Classis' but is longer. It still fits into a standard pillow case, offers extra 'hugability' with its length & looks fabulous on the bed.

My wife has decided she also wants a therapeutic, so another will be inbound. Worth adding a pack of pillow protectors, you reckon? I change the pillow slips (Sheridan linen ones) a couple of times a week usually due to sweaty head (which isn't as bad now as it was with the memory foam pillows I upgraded from).

    • +1

Pillow protectors are a must as far as I'm concerned. And they must be cotton (as anything synthetic will make the pillow sleep hot = sweaty head). You dont have to get ours - you can get cotton pillow protectors at Target and any bedding store. The enemy of Talalay latex is sunlight, even indirect sunlight - so pillow protectors will prolong the life of your pillow. They will also obviously 'protect' the pillow from all the external stuff (spills, sweat, etc).
