There are two other more expensive listings for these headphones from online shops that are more expensive that David Jones. I think it's shameful that bricks and mortar are better priced than online shops!

I have much more expensive headphones, but these are awesome for exercise. They stay on. They sound great (I love bass) and they are IPX4.
Not many other wireless headphones have that feature set for exercise!

Your opinion is very out of date. These got great reviews. Beats are very different now they are just Apple hardware with a different label.

ANC is no issue, as these in ear - providing fitting is snug will block out decent sound (imo/experience).

Good one OP, had alerts set up specifically for this kind of deal - under $300 is a sweet spot when you consider the true wireless top end market. FWIW, you can get a ton of true wireless options for as little as $30 from the likes of AliExpress, but they all carry some form of compromise, be it poor sound, low durability, poor connectivity, older versions of bluetooth and so on. For people coming here wondering if spending up on true wireless is worth it - the answer is a big fat "it depends" (sorry). If you decide even this price is too much, may I recommend QCY T1S from Aliexpress for around $30-40 AUD as a starting point, then upgrade later if you decide you need something better.

Good price, can any user tell how good the microphone is on these for taking calls. I bought the Sony WF-1000xm3 and have found the mic is really bad and people cannot hear me clearly when on a call at work.
This is late to the deal, but I bought some and can confirm was heard loud and clear on a phone call while out walking my dog. Probably not as great if loads of wind or traffic noise, but same could be said for any earbuds in those scenarios.
If the beatsX is anything to go by… Almost certainly will break within 1 year or just after. On my third pair. Got lucky and then break just before warrenty out. Questioning if that much outlay is worth..
