I went in for the $10.50 Chinos and found 2 tables full of $3 tees (originally $10), with the 30% sale that comes down to $2.10. Should be nation wide. All sizes.

Just be aware, they seem to be mixed with the new stock $12 tees. I couldn't find them online, probably in store only.

    I bought 9 T-Shirts yesterday for $18.90 along with my chinos. They're being replaced by almost identical T-Shirts for $12 each. The cheap tees will be gone in a few days, it's a no brainer bargain.
