To my fellow contact-lens wearers.

Couldn't find anything about this online, information is just from the flyer I got from CW today.

The $8 cashback will be mailed to you as a cheque within 6 weeks of receipt by the Promoter.

T&C's say that you have to purchase instore and Internet purchases not accepted. Might be worth checking CW instore to see if your CW is participating and grab the flyer from them.

Only 1 claim permitted per qualifying transaction for a max of 3 claims per person per household.

You'll be required to send an MMS (multimedia message) to 0428366049 with full name, full address, daytime contact and place of purchase, along with a photo of your receipt. Standard MMS charges may apply, check your mobile plan.

  Thanks for posting this. Chemist Warehouse told us they had no flyers in store and that we should look on their website. Of course, this isn't officially posted online by them so your upload of the flyer is the only source of information on this promo that we could get.

      Grrrr! My mobile has issues sending MMSes! Can't seem to fix it despite adding in my mobile provider's APN etc.
