yeh i managed to pick up this exact model for $26 from OW (inc "handling fee"). the guy who brought it out couldn't believe the price…worth it for toner alone.
but yeah i guess it's a pretty average laser printer overall and it's quite tall/bulky.
positives - included toner is good for 1,500 pages (apparently), and it holds 250 pages in the paper tray, and can do manual feed pretty well.
I think those were unrelated things. OW discounted them because they were selling off all stock and the last ones were sold in VIC. But it's also true that the reviews were not kind to it. Still it would have been a bargain at $26 if you didn't mind junking it at the first sign of age.
Point is you said it's the lowest price in Australia right now and you checked eBay and internet.

This is a forum, I voted negative on this as I can get it cheaper from HT (shipping is <$10) or I can pick it up. Another seller online located in Melbourne can sell cheaper than you couriered to Melbourne addresses.
