  Second hand does not move. Hard to read time.

    Many chronographs don't have a seconds hand. The second arm you see is for the stop-watch chronograph feature.

  I've got a similar watch where the second hand does not move and I do not find that to be a problem. One of the little circles (not sure what the name is) has the moving second hand instead.

    same - think I have the silver version of this model (or a very similar model) and the middle small circle (ie the one at 9 oclock) tells the seconds
