Bought in the previous sale for $79, have just cancelled and re-ordered. Seems like it will be an extra month wait (late Nov vs early Nov) but worth $20 saving given I’m only buying these boots for the bargain. Odd that they won’t just update the price on existing orders as they haven’t been sent yet (and won’t for a while).

How did you know it was cancelled? Did they notify you? I was just looking at my orders in Amazon and it disappeared. Went through my emails and I don’t think my order was confirmed. Oh well.

Talked to them, the staff was not able to help so I asked for a supervisor and finally he added $30 to my account.

A lot of faffing around 20 minutes on the phone and all I got was $10 voucher but I pushed them to $20 for a voucher! Because I mentioned someone got $50. $20 was the most she could do. It’s good and I’m happy.
I got them to issue me gift card for the difference amount and placed the new order for shoes at full price for black ones.
For brown ones I had to Place new order at full price but am promised on chat that I will be issued difference refund once the brown ones are delivered.
Mine disappeared from my order. Contacted Amazon and they said they have had to source a new supplier and still on target for late Oct arrival. Also provided a $10 credit for any inconvenience.

Yep just seen that it was sitting under cancelled orders but received no notification. Amazon have just sent me another email saying we made a mistake in the previous email and you won't be getting your boots.
I thought so. Once they move it to cancelled orders they don't send the product then. Try checking with them if they can honor the boots at old price.
