  My mum won this cruise BUT! She didn't reply to the email by CoB Friday, she replied after so they gave it to someone else today.
  Poor mum, she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer 18mths ago, and has been struggling on newstart for 2 years. Couldn't afford mobile phone credit so wasn't able to check her email for 3 days last week. First thing she ever won…
