Amazon deal saves you walking out of Supermarket looking like you've got a gastro outbreak at home…

        • I got on this Coles offer. Believe me when I say the look I got as tissue virtually hit the store ceiling was this cat ain't making it home before he breaks the plastic wrapper and the sub needs to leave dry-dock.

    • You pay for the delivery too. It may be hidden, if you have Amazon Prime, but you still pay for it.

      • Take a look at everything you get with Amazon prime for the price.

A single delivery from Woolworths for me is $15.

With the amount I get from Amazon I pay effectively 50c a delivery plus get heaps of extras thrown in. With cashrewards included I actually pay nothing for delivery.

I feel quite strange in this area…
If I can easily pick up something (2km range) or get it delivered for free, I would prefer the pick up - as no need to waste extra resources on packing, on the courier (for the shop), waiting for courier (and often going to post office or pickup location, if you miss them).
In the other hand, free delivery gives jobs to many people and they can earn money on doing unnecessary work. Smells something fake..

          • @Cupa Bundy Drinker: I know how you feel, Amazon is not the most efficient with shipping and often you have to order quickly for deals or you miss out whilst looking for other things to add.

Roads are more congested, shops are more congested etc so whatever I can buy online and get delivered I will. You can blame our governments for failing to plan for population growth.

        Ha…. what’s really hidden
Amazon pays me for prime. I’ve had sooo many free credits it’s cost them more
+$45 from July so far not counting before that

In what planet is $13.75 cheaper then $12.50 (in fact cheaper with cashback)?

  • +1

Woolies egift card 5% off if buy in store

    • Cashrewards is usually more then 5%.

      • -1

Cashback: 0% in store, 5% online
Gift cards can be better discount - eg Shopback bonus $2 now & I still have 7% from a past deal.

What in store you can use a Wish card !

          His statement holds .

BS including a $2 one off bonus used for everyday items .

Woolworths - this is a Woolies Deal

But not now. And can't get any cashback for in store purchases.

Wasn't replying to that comment. Agree with it.
We were discussing using discount Wish cards with this Deal.

You've got upset about something else, not my comment!
We can pay less with this Deal using discounted egift cards, which can be used in store at Woolworths.

            • @INFIDEL: It's my bad I don't qualify( couldn't be bothered spending) for the $5 get $2 pensioners club deal .

              Spend 3 figure to get my $2 : (

              • @profar: It's a popular deal (over 300+).
But I didn't even bother with the Shopback $2 bonus as bought 7% off Wish Cards earlier.

Rather have the certainty of a discount egift card than waiting for uncertain outcome of Cashback!

How is it a pensioners club deal?
How don't you qualify? It's not a great bonus, so I wouldn't get upset over it.

Could combine with $15 off $160 Woolies deal, & pay with discounted egift cards or Cash back (not both).

I won't, as have targeted offer of 5000 rewards points ($25) with 2 x $50 in store spends, plus use 7% discounted Wish Cards. The smaller spends for greater rewards are better.

  • +1

    Not actually cheaper.

    Still a good deal.

Conflicted if should upvote or down, just no vote I guess?

  • cheapest with 25% off using shop&go :D

  • I'll compete with Infidel : Use Current Woolies code for $15 off $160 shop .

    Buy 12 @ $13.75 = $165 - $15 bonus

    = $150 X .95 wish card disc

    =$142.5 for 12 pack

= $11.88 each But of course better mixing other items in the shop .

    • I think you aren't competing with me, but showing how to get the most out of that Woolies offer😉
It's all about saving us $$!
(I can't use that much toilet paper or groceries😊)

Still like the better targeted offer of $25 of points back on 2 x $50 in-store spends over 2 weeks (buying mainly half price specials, with 7% discounted Wish Cards)😉

    • think my suggestion still wins at $11.75 per 36 pack with no $150 requirement ;)

      • Trouble is - I have no idea what or where shop&go is. Googled, but still don't know. So I don't think I can get that price.

Still my 32% ($7 off $100 purchase & $25 credit for next purchase) off Woolies price is ok with me😉

  • Currently on special at Coles - 36 rolls for $14 so works out at 39c per roll
Edit: NVM just realized it's a different type of quilton
