Called them again, gave lady POS and transaction ID and said she will escalate to another team and email me within 30 mints to confirm if my order went through or not.
Just got my tax invoice from them. Placed my order 5pm yesterday, glad to see it coming through eventually.

Got my tracking number this morning, but hasn't appeared with Auspost yet.
Did anybody actually receive the items? Apparently their system is having a problem and they can't even track the shipping,let alone lookup my order. They definitely didn't have a problem taking money out of my credit card though.
Yeah they were the typical Manila rep's, so I'm not quite trusting of what they say (not being racist, just going off experience, and the fact that over in Manila they like to fire people after just 6 months on the job to avoid paying higher rates).
The rep asked for the POS number off my PayPal email but I couldn't find that and gave her the transaction ID. put me on hold and said she'd check with the "back order" team.
Then after she told me they said yes already been confirmed, I told her that I finally found the POS ID on the email. She seemed eager to grab that number, so I'm not 100% sure if her previous check was legit. She hung up shortly after, without even checking that POS ID.
