How to Change Incoming Call Notification to Full Screen Instead of Pop up Notification While Using Another App - Samsung Note 8

I am using Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and got an issue which could be annoying to others too. While I am using other apps and receive an incoming call, I get a Pop up notification instead of Full Screen Phone app notification by overriding my other apps I was using. I have tried changing a lot of settings, resetting phone, running into Safe Mode and contacting Samsung Customer service several times but they have not found a solution yet. This pop up incoming call notification is inconvenient and small for me to look for and quickly answering or declining phone calls and that is the reason I want to change it to Full Screen Incoming Call Screen for all Incoming Calls no matter which app I am using.
Please give your input and help.

    Open dialer app, click on setting icons and go into settings, find option 'show calls in pop-up' and disable ?

    I have spoken to Samsung numerous times, sent them emails. They acknowledged the issue saying it should work as I expect but it does not. They could not find a solution to it, some of them tried to convince me that it is supposed to work as it is working now and not as I am expecting!
    They took the feedback but have not come up with a patch fixing this bug.
    Another issue is Samsung issued Android 10 and Samsung One UI 2.0 update for my Samsung A20 phone but Note 8 has not got it. I called Samsung and they said Note 8 will not get Android 10 & One UI 2.0 saying the hardware is not made to handle it! It means a $1200 phone will not handle latest software but a $150 will.
