I would say that term 25 which states that if the survey is not conducted as reasonably anticipated that they can disqualify any entrant. Considering the first question is are you a tradie, if you lie and aren't really a tradie you could say that you aren't who they wanted and therefore they could disqualify you.

Will they really check or ever know, hard to say. It could get awkward when you go to collect.

Either way, this isn't so much a competition as market research with Ryobi gear as a potential reward for Tradies giving their opinions.
