eBay's 40 x FREE Fixed Price & Auction Listings Per Month (Insertion Fee's Still Coming Up)

So apparently I get 40 FREE Fixed Price & Auction Listings per month. But every time I go and make a listing, the standard Insertion fees are applicable.

Are all the below categories exempt from this offer?

The only other details I can find about this on eBays page is below, but it doesnt list whats included in the FREE listings or whats excluded?

        I've used this offer before. Never had any issues. I reckon an eBay rep will be the quickest way to solve the problem.

          Awesome, thanks. Chatting to one now and they said its for listings under the category 'Collectables'… Wow.
