Just curious if anyone has any firsthand experience with LATAM.
I can see the reviews online, but trustpilot or airline ratings are usually where people who have something to complain about go.
Of course you get horror stories with any airlines, just wanted to see where everyone else is with the airline and how they feel about LATAM.
I'm more worried about BS flight cancellations or major delays.
In economy? It will be your standard economy experience. Nothing worth noting — either good or bad.

Yeah I was just a little confused that the ratings websites were so negative <2 stars but the online reviews said they were about okay.
I flew it in April on a business class ticket.
The seats were good and the inflight entertainment reasonable (but I have really low standards)
Service reminded me of Qantas 20 years back where they all hid in the galley.
There was no drinks service until 1 hour (maybe more) into the flight and you had to give them a good nudge to get a top up (or even water).
The meal was average. I've had (a lot) better on QF and SQ.
The flight departed slightly late and my arrival time into AKL was even later (30-40mins) which resulted in missing my connection to Tauranga. Due to the fact that Latams website can't book the connecting flight AKL-TRG I'd booked the 2 flights separate, so I had to pay $110 to get the next flight. Lesson learned, next time I'll book with ANZ point-to-point.
I flew to Auckland in economy on Latam in June. The food and drinks service was OK - nothing special but perfectly fine for a 3 hour flight which arrived on time. If you are concerned about IFE, it was pretty poor.
its about a 3-3.5hour flight. Wouldnt really care about food/services etc
