Looking for the strongest coffee that I could buy off the shelf. Tried Nescafe Gold 9 and Moccona Bold & Intense 10 Doesn't seem to do the job.

I use 3-4 table spoons (not teaspoons). I think I have high immunity for the 'coffee boost' :(

Get a coffee machine and make your own ristretto. You have control over the strength via the bean/roast type, group compaction (don't burn it) and water draw.
Are you looking for strongest flavour? Or highest caffeine?
For flavour I'd suggest Vietnamese or Malay coffee- they tend to be very dark roasts and have a strong, sweet, rich flavour.
For caffeine there's a company called Killer Coffee Co. who claim to have the highest caffeine concentration on the market. I've tried it and flavour-wise it's ok. I didn't notice a huge caffeine hit, but it was at a trade show and only a small sample.

I don't believe so, it all tastes the same to me. Even a pod machine is an upgrade to instant.
Try Moccona espresso green labelled bottle….I like strong coffee and this is what I get.

The tablets are purified caffeine. You'll get exactly the same side effects from drinking too much coffee.
if there are side effects, it would be from the caffeine. Safe limit on caffeine intake is generally considered to be 400mg/day. Above that, you start to see effects like insomnia, anxiousness, fast heart rate, hypertension, nausea, headache, dysphoria etc. 1 tsp of instant coffee is about 80mg of caffeine. caffeine tablet contains 100mg of caffeine. So don't over do it.
If you are after a wake me up go go juice just take pre workout?

Try Greek or Turkish coffee.

add teaspoon of hot water

Get some coffee grounds.
Put them in a jug of water.
Sit in fridge a couple days.
Pour filtered or unfiltered.
Adjust amount of grounds as desired.

I tried a normal coffee my husband was drinking once, way too bitter for me, so that was the strongest. I'll stick to the occasional iced coffee.
