Just bought a starter kit from Coles in Vic (with yellow special label). First time on Boost mobile to check if coverage is good in my area. If so, will buy an annual plan. Let's see…

  Good luck if you try to port from another network ! Activated the sim last Thursday and still not connected today (Monday). Been promised will prioritise my porting but never happen. Start to regret leaving Kogan for them, bad decision !!!

    I just moved from kogan to boost exactly 2days ago on saturday and only took 15minutes to get everything done. Make sure your details are correct/match with your last provider

    Really happy with boost reach maximum speed 172mbs outdoor perth area

      Well you are lucky then.
      Problem with Boost customer service is they can't tell me what IS the problem ?
      I have triple checked my details of the Kogan account before the switch and if Boost don't say there is a problem I could only assume my info is correct and there is nothing else I can do, still not connected up to writing this post, Boost sucks !
