I am currently in the project in my office to give some documentation of the procedure in my office. I am thinking about making a video rather than writing long procedure where some people sometimes don't understand it.
My question, do you know any free program that able to record what I am doing on my computer screen, then save as any movie file? similar like webinar. Thanks
If you have Windows Vista or Windows 7 you can use Fraps. The free version has a watermark though.

the critical thing is to use a dedicated screen capture codec such as the Camtasia one or techsmith one.

or, if you want output in Windows Media (wmv) format (which may be more suitable for distribution at work, then use Windows Media Encoder 9 (specifically the screen capture facility inside):
