Groupon V Scoupon

NO CONTEST!

Purchased something last night from Groupon
ran into a problem and today I had a 1300 number to call
They answered on the third ring and the service was outstanding
OH WHAT JOY!!!
I had a chat to the lady and we discussed the scoopon experience and she said
you would not believe the times she has heard people complain about them.

It's all about customer service folks!

When you have an issue, big or small it's good to know that you can talk to a real person
and get things sorted.

I can only imagine how many emails it would have taken to get this recitified by the other mob!

      There is more accountability with a phone number.

      Living social prints theirs on their voucher.

    As i have said many many times

    When there is one bad experience with a (successful) business, there are at least another dozen or so good experiences that goes with it

    as only people talk about the bad not the good

    I know who I will be purchasing from and who I will avoid.
