  • Nicely found, got 2.

  • Any for smaller dogs?

    • hoping the same thing. Puppy please

    • +12

I think you just feed them less of it?

      • Yea. If they bothered to click on the link the bag actually says "All breeds All sizes"

  • +1

Use the Shopback app offer for $10 back on top of $1 cashback

    • Thanks for the tip

    • *1% cashback

  • OMG I didn’t check sellers other item, better order 2 bags of chicken at the same price.. I already bought 2 bags of 20kg lamb in petbarn past $84 deals.. and bought 2 bags again.. my buddy gonna be bored soon..

  • Thanks got 2

  • +1

They just increased the price to $83/bag

  • +3

Was about to post same.. bastards.

Now my dog wont eat until the next bargain. I hope they're happy.

  • +1

What a bunch of crooks, just increased the price.

    Nearly as bad as bunnings

  • Thanks, usually get ivory coat, will try this for a bit (around half the price)

  • combined with 10% discounted ebay giftcard .. works out to be $66.60 ea.. (if you get two).. not bad

  • Thanks OP, even with the price increase it's still a great deal. Nearly bought one from petcircle @ $103…

  • +2

They have fish and potato for $88 which is considerably better than pet circle.

  • Does anyone know where they're delivered from? I can't find any info.

  • +1

Anyone else provided with the wrong tracking number?

    • Yep. Not very promising so far.

      • My bags were delivered to an address in Adelaide(I live in Melb). I notified ebay and they said to wait until the end of the week to lodge a claim.

        • Hopefully its just a mix up of tracking numbers.

        • They sold 500 bags in a few days.. making over $40,000 dollars. I smell a scam.

          • @knackers: Surely, based on their previous positive feedback, that this cant be a scam.

EDIT: Looks like others are now leaving negative feedback with our same predicament. Was going to wait it out but seems like the damage has been done.

            • @TheOneWhoKnocks: Yep scam for sure
.dam first time i have ever been scammed. The gut was telling me to good to be true. But the Ebay rating got me to bite the bullet

    • Yep, got a NSW tracking number while I live in VIC. Apparently it has already been delivered. Thinking I won't get anything since the item processed at a Melbourne facility somehow arrives in NSW before it does in VIC? hmm

  • +1

Same here, looks like IF I get my money back, Mr Huang Phuong (Padstow) will just set up again. Own fault for not sticking to the companies I know! Hopefully eBay's 'guarantees' protect us!

    • +1

You'll get your money back. Been refunded by PayPal in much worse/complicated cases than this.

Yep. This eBay seller is a scammer

  • sure, wrong tracking numbers but no idea how people are calling 'scam' when the ETA for deliveries is only just arriving.

Assuming they just messed up every tracking number, doesnt mean no items are being shipped.
Ask them for the right tracking number and then process paypal claim if it doesnt arrive by the ETA date (mines between Friday 6th and 13th so still a week away from expected delivery date anyway)

considering the number of positive/received feedback comments :/

    • You are a kind soul, but no.

  • Yep I was told the item had been delivered already, even though I've been home all day and don't see dog food anywhere…

  • +1

    Scammers

  • +1

Ebay or Seller has removed all items from their ebay store.. the circumstantial evidence is building up

    • Well well well…

    • +1

yep, revising my comments above to 'SCAM' ;)

need to wait till tomorrow to raise an item not received claim according to ebay process

      • I was convinced after they dropped their price to $75. They had sold 400 units at 80 dollars and could have easily sold the rest of their merch at that price. This is a common tactic for scam artists, a quick cash grab before ebay and paypal shut them down…

  • Dam same got scamed by the looksss. Anyone raised a ticket yet? My trackiing number been deliverd to victoria. Im in south aust. Dam my gut telling me it was too good to be true…..

  • +1

Also got a dodgy tracking number

  • Submitted a claim already.. see how long it takes. Worst case ill do a charge back on my cc

    • I cant submit a claim yet for some reason?
Or im just not doing it right?

      • Ebay won't let me claim until after their expected delivery date 13th Sept, even tho it's 'delivered….to another state! Dodgy AF.

        • +1

It wouldn't let me but i went through ebay chat. They did it on my behalf after i explained everything.

          • @bugman: eBay chat were useless i rage quit the chat

            • @lethalmoney: Maybe i got lucky.. chat was helpful for me. On the 10th refund should be processed.

  • Dodgy tracking number. Delivered to Melbourne instead of Queensland

  • +3

OP here…So sorry to all, I have had the same beware ****SCAM! tracking is wrong name & address.

  • Bastards…. My dog is so hungry

  • Got me….

  • yikes, yeah got scammed too. Will get a refund tomorrow.

  • Put in my eBay 'item not received' claim, now to hope they actually deliver a refund

  • Dodgie ebay saying i have to wait now till the 13th. Such a scam. Hopefully Paypal can either do a refund or ebay. If not off to the bank.

    • Same story here… so clearly a dodgy deal and they still give them all the time in the world to make that money disappear.
      Morons.

  • Wow should've checked the comments earlier. My item has been sent to NSW and I thought I might've received the wrong tracking number…

    • I am in NSW and mine was sent to WA!

  • EDIT - All good - I have lodged a claim through payal - shall see what comes next. "Guys, I've paid through Paypal and notice i also can't yet claim a refund through eBay. Failing that should i request a refund through Paypal? How have you guys (who paid through paypal) progressed?"

  • Ebay just advised full refund.

    • Me too by the look of it, Fortunately, I received a petbarn 30% off and a $10 annual membership voucher so picked some up on the weekend for $78.19, so the dog isn't going hungry! Annoying though but goes to show even cautious ozbargainers can get scammed!

    • same

  • Contacted eBay for the two bags of Ivory Scammed I ordered. Refund should be in my PayPal tomorrow or the day after, I advise others do the same to fast track the refund process. You can go and get f**ked Huang Phuong aka padstowpetsupplier.

    • I tried this too. Sadly eBay wont do anything as i first logged claim with Paypal. Paypal tell me I have to wait for 10 days (for a reply from the seller) before they can act and refund. Doesn't seems right when they (and ebay) already know this is a fraudulent seller.

  • +1

+1 to being scammed by this seller. I'm in NSW and tracking I received says my delivery is awaiting collection in QLD! Lodged a claim with PayPal but based on the above, I'm confident the situation will be sorted out. I don't blame the OP, but like others have said, I'll definitely be sticking with reputable online pet stores from now on… Lesson learnt!

  • I just received my refund after going through the process with ebay. They were great, padstowpetsupplier not so much. Dodgy as. Make sure you follow the refund process and you should be right to get your money back.

  • It was worth a try. Oh well, I’ll take my refund and head down to my usual store for my Black Hawk.

  • scam seller. Am arranging ebay refund now
