RM Williams - Comfort Craftsman or Dynamic Flex Craftsman Boots

Hi,

About to pull the trigger to buy my first pair and wanted to get opinions on if I should buy the 'Comfort Craftsman' or 'Dynamic Flex Craftsman' boots (key difference is the sole design and material)?

Reading through other online forums, the Comfort Craftsman have a more durable sole since it's thicker and one piece?

Thanks!

if you dont have a flat foot i would say ghet the comfort craftsman.

    • Thanks, I don't and when I tried them on at their store the Comfort Craftsman were my preference

    • What is you have flat foot

  • Comfort craftsman

Also the sizing is weird. Go try them on. Spend 10-15 minutes walking around store.

If they ask about you buying them just say you can get through work as a corporate deal. Heaps of companies have them and they all come from the same warehouse.

Thanks mate, yes I'm buying them through a corporate deal (35% discount off the RRP). I spent a decent amount of time at their store trying both (for correct size and fit) and was leaning towards the Comfort Craftsman!

Dynamic flex is what i have, it has a much thicker cushioned inner sole that i found a lot more comfortable than the comfort. Its also got better grip on the sole.

  • Guy at work gets his resoled until the side wears out near the small toe so the sole might be irrelevant for longer lasting if that's what your after.

    • guy at work needs to get wider shoes … i had this problem until i bought newbalance shoes with a wider fit, they were great, RM Williams does the width thing too
