Amazon is pretty good with back orders. I would say a few weeks, tops.
Mine said out of stock when I ordered, them two minutes later it said it shipped.

Jelly Belly still have a big factory in the US, too, but this particular product isn't made there.

Well that's not a terrible outcome for something I didn't really want anyway.
