can't say about the mattress, but I returned the pillow after a month. It was not as soft as expected, and was very high for my liking.
The return process on the other hand was easy and without issues.
Did you try flipping the pillow, it has a soft and firm side. I alternate if I can't get comfortable and like mine so far (6 months or so).
Yeah I did, I've used the soft side most of the time but still find it a bit too firm - probably just personal preference I guess.
We brought their bed and think it's perfectly fine, nothing special but for the price seems ok.
i have some friends who have them that seem to be ok with it but I lay on their bed and i instantly hated it. so i think its up to personal preferences (i know that doesnt really help).
reason why i didnt like it was i didnt like the obvious foamness feel when I sink into to it and i felt myself getting very warm very quickly just lying there. supportwise it didnt suit me (side sleeper) but suited my partner a bit more (back sleeper) - although she didn't like it that much either.
I ended up paying a lot more for my spring bed (2.3k for a Q) which is almost 3x this price after discount but I figure if it lasts 8-10 years then that's < 80c a day and I'm ok with that but I know a lot of people wouldn't be (and some would even spend more).
from the feedback i received when i asked around, get it if money is a very strong concern. if you are willing to spend more 1.5k-3k, you can get some pretty nice spring beds. If you do like foam mattresses, find a bed place near you and try the Tempur range but note that this is far more expensive than eccosa and koala but i found these <slightly> better but prob not worth the price differential.
big downside of buying a spring mattress is that you can't test drive them. you can lie in store but once you buy it, you buy it. the eccosa and koalas both have trial periods so i dont see any harm in giving those a go and if it suits you, then why pay more?
I really like mine, but I like a firm mattress. I like the pillow too, it has 2 different firmnesses which is nice.
What's everyone thought of Koala vs ZZZ Atelier?
zzz Atelier is half of Koala price.
Wanted to know as well.
Saw an “influencer” spruik Koala on Instagram the other day. Quality didn’t really stand out.
That’s an ugly bed base for $800
bought two queen mattresses recently
very comfy!
These guys advertise so much. They any good? Don't trust their reviews tbh
