    • Certified Organic by ACO, Australian company which audits farmers properties and factory annually

    • Even though it may be Organic Virgin, there are different qualities of oil. We do not source from other countries, our oil is all pressed in East New Britain PNG. We also pay farmers at a fair trade price for wild harvested coconuts. You can buy both and taste the difference ;)

Do they check who buys it ??? 😮

Sorry can you clarify what you mean by your question, thanks

I am a bit confused with the name of the product. So what part(s) of the manufacturing process are handled by virgins?

    • Hi Siuol, thanks for your great question :) Virgin in oil means cold pressed, while Extra Virgin isn't applicable in coconut as in Olive, as there is only 1 pressing, not multiple.

  • Considering the cost and market segment, can I suggest you switch to using re-usable jars?

Something similar to a preserving jar with a glass lid that clips on (not screw top).

    • Aren't Kilner glass jars a (screw top) preserving jar?

Hi Matthew, yes we are phasing out this packaging, which is why it's at discounted pricing. Thanks for your suggestions!

Turns out this is the brand my wife has been buying from the supermarket for several years. :-)
I would jump at this, but we only use 2L a year so six is too many for us.

  • OP - please advise the Best Before / Use By Date
I'm interested by need to assess my usage against that date.
