Help tide my VPN over until Black Friday

I'm looking for free or super cheap VPN(s) to tie me over until black friday at which point I'll purchase a PIA 2 year subscription for ~$10 more than what a 1 year subscription cost me now.

I currently use OpenVPN as my client and would much prefer it to remain that way. So the VPNs that require the use of their probably malware-infested binaries are out.

Any suggestions on the best pathway to tie me over VPN-wise for two months? :)

  I use VPNSecure - got a lifetime subscription from stacksocial for $50 AUD.
  It says it has OpenVPN, also has killswitch, decent speeds but not as fast
  as PIA/express VPN. I dont have NBN here - use it with mobile 4G

  Wish Express VPN went on sale sometimes. Use them and can't even be bothered by others such as Nord. They connect through any type of corporate internet or in any difficult country straight away.

  I just saw surfshark deal seem cheapest but not sure you how good is that…. NordVPN has 75% from last black Friday that's another good option till next one..

  Hey all! Thanks for the recommendations!

  My PIA expired this morning, and they offered me 1 Year for $29 USD (Beating other offers) so I'll be repurchasing that. Thanks for the suggestions though!
