    Once you create a booking, do a meet and greet you will then be asked to pay for the booking to be covered by insurance. When paying for the booking you can add the code to receive a discount

    All pet sitters complete online training, ID verification and majority do a police background check. This does not guarantee them to be approved though. Because we have very strict requirements only 25% of applications become approved Pet Sitters.

  I placed an order (and fully paid) on the 19th for a service late next month and then this code pops up.. Apparently I'm not valid for this offer even though the service hasn't happened yet because I paid early???

  I hope I can retroactively apply this code for a service that is in the future, as silly as that sounds.

  Looks like MadPaws' after sales (and before service) support is poor. Might just grab the girl's number who's coming in September and call her directly for the next booking.
