Better for the industry to describe ingredients as skin peels, pore shrinking, etc They may reduce the signs of aging/improve appearance but they don't prevent the natural aging process (which is what anti-aging should mean before the marketers hijacked the term).
On that page sunscreen is also listed, so a hat,shirt and sunglasses could also be anti-aging consistent with the marketers definition.
