The best Sonos Play 5 deal ever posted here for under $500. Snatched one and always hated myself for not getting two instead of just one. Have just been listening to music on my single speaker this evening. Amazing stuff!
Just thought I’d share, I read in forums (Sonos forum if I remember correctly) with many agreeing that 2x Sonos One’s + Sub, sounded better than 2x Play:5 + Sub.
Another option, is to find a Play:5 on gumtree (with possible receipt). I would recommend going brand-new with Myer with full ACL protection.
I wouldn't mind getting another unit for around $500 but not $600 or above. I don't use it very often to justify that price. And I would never buy anything from Gumtree. Heard a lot of horror stories from that site.

Whats annoying is I searched “Sonos” and only 3 results came up (2x Beams and Play:1).
This time round I accidentally type “Aonos” and all the products come up..

Was waiting for my Auspost ebay vouchers to come in but got scared they'll remove it again so bought it!
Does anyone have a view if Myer will proceed with these purchases, or cancel due to lack of stock? I seem to recall I had a bad experience with Myer and stock before, but can't remember if bought through Ebay or direct from their store.
Also play 5 for just under $600. Retail around $630 from addicted to audio…
