    I'd say Lucas tax. Rumour is Lucas still has the license for the old material, whereby Disney must pay out 20-25% of any profits made from utilising it. If true, it would explain why Disney has shied away from (- and killed off -) the old saga, to the point of almost utter neglect in their new "Galaxy's Edge" attraction in Disneyland, California.

Not worth it at any price. If you're going to drop $300 on a UCS set, get yourself the 75060 UCS Slave I. Quite possibly the greatest UCS set ever.
