Lol. It's either just a COMPLETE scam, or it's going to be an email saying "Did you know eBay has coupons you can use? There you go! Saved you money!"

Interesting, so I'm guessing this is US only, but then they convert to other currencies to "see how much you'd save in yours". I'm guessing they just give you a set of instructions to follow which gets you money back, it's probably just a list of things you can use, like Cashback, ShopBack, Mint Surveys for money etc. It sounds like some sort of pdf guide or similar.
One Review has:

(Its not a voucher, code, hack - its a simple, legitimate method)The last line is the interesting part…….. Earlier in the ad they say its a $10USD 'credit' somehow, that isn't a voucher. Guessing its open a new account using some special referral link and get $10USD.
My guess too. Is there a credit card or PayPal MasterCard or similar that gives credit on sign up?
It could even be something like a timeshare offering a voucher for attending their seminar!See below, it was a 'cash rewards' scam.

- Sign up to an affiliate website (where you get paid per click to the page). The OP used a fat burning product in their scenario
- Shorten the URL
- Use the pictures and a website to make a 30 minute video (just 5 pictures in a slideshow). Make 4 videos (the same video, just different filenames)
- Upload the video to YouTube with all the right tags
- Create various YouTube accounts and upload a different product 4x to each account
- ????
- Profit
You may ask how I much earn. Well, I won't tell you how much, but this method has brought me over a year of good income from the past, and I don't upload videos anymore.

To be fair, that is a reasonable amount of effort to go to for $2.
I don't think anybody could pay their $2 thinking they were going to get something more magical!too much for a $13AUD saving…..
Well the sellers ebay title states $15 discount on ANY purchase, but instructions say you need to spend $25.00 usd. Sounds like not as described case to me.
Paypal refund you reckon?
