      The 5 dollars back with 10 dollar spend is 33% at best. This is reduced if you order something slightly over 10 on your initial purchase and over 5 in the latter purchase.

        I think it was 5 off 10 spend i.e up to 50% off, one transaction.

          @FireRunner: No - it was $5 voucher a week later to spend with them again if you spent $10. (so $15 spend for the cost of $10).

    $5 free is definitely a winner… especially since they don't validate the email or check duplicate mobile numbers.

    However, I actually think this is a better deal than Hey You's Spend $15 and get $5 back a week later as a voucher to spend with them again (it's 33% off via the form of a voucher - not cash). This is $10 spend for 30% cash off a the time of spending - it's a much better and easier offer to enjoy.

  There is so little choice on Skip in the Sydney CBD.

  Hey You is so much better.

  It's hard to decide if I want to eat stuff I don't really want to eat, just to save 3 bucks.

    Skip is owned by Sensis (Yellow Pages) and they have a Melbourne based office (originally owned by Telstra). Hey You is Sydney developed… hence their sales teams are more skewed to their home-town locations. That's not to say that they don't have options in each others cities, but they both experience a home town advantage that's for sure.
