It's just an alternative, I guess.
Not everyone wants a Sony/Bose. And not everyone is after the ANC function that Sony/Bose does so well.
Yeah, the build quality is far better and feels much more premium on these if that's you're thing. It has actual leather, a lot better than both Sony/Bose in my opinion. I'm not really a fan of Master & Dynamic stuff but I can see why people would buy these. Similar thing to the B&O H9i's
This Sony/Bose thing is insane. Mediocre audio quality from both of them, but Ozbargain goes insane over both headphones.
Try some different headphones!
It’s called hype and it goes a long way..
You end up with every customer chirping to the next person how good they are (of course having a good product in the first place helps), and the hype train keeps rolling.
I'm not sure you're selling this deal well if you list it for higher than sony/bose headphones and then say it's probably not as good. It's like you want everyone to pay more for less.
