hahahaha
fujitsu
I have had a panasonic split for the whole house (year and a half) and it hasnt skipped a beat. Of course this may vary depending on what model you get.
I have two of the latest LG Split Systems and love them. The App to control the system via wifi is awesome and the power consumption is very good too
Can only comment on split systems
Tier 1: Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, Panasonic
Tier 2: LG
Tier 3: Kelvinator, whatever Bunnings or Aldi stock,
Tier 4: The rest, TCL etc.
…
Tier 47: Gumtree split system "never been installed" / "missing gas" / "20 years but works great just doing a reno"Tier 3: Kelvinator, whatever Bunnings or Aldi stock,
Ummmm

Whatever else they stock then :)
Best: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Daikin
Good: Fujitsu, Panasonic1) Daikin or Mitstubishi Heavy Industries (which is different to Mitsubishi).
I chose Daiken because they have their own warranty people whereas MHI subcontract the warranty. (according to the equipment analysts I work with).
2) Fujitsu, Panasonic
Only buy Daikin is you want to be ripped off by an installer lol.
It is nearly always cheaper to separate the price of the split from the retailer, and the price for installation from an installer.
Be ready to deal with warranty defects between two companies. He said, she said of course.
Most legit installers are also service agents for the major brands.
I'm not including the cowboys who only come out during summer.
Haha, looks like a triggered an installer. Truth hurts. Neg away.
Thanks all
