I was recently looking for a good 1440p 75hz monitor (annoyingly hard to find) and came across this one from Kogan (link at the bottom). It looks pretty great, everything I've been looking for (1440p, 27", 75hz, Vesa mount, IPS) for under $300 (even at the normal $350 price point it seems good).
But knowing how rough the monitor market is, a perfect combo definitely makes me think there's gotta be some major drawback. So I'm looking for feedback from anyone who owns this. Specifically the one linked, but if you own a different version may as well throw them here in case either I change my mind or someone else is looking at a Kogan monitor.
I'd normally just check via google, but putting in Kogans title seems to only draw results for the 144hz monitor.

Some things not totally related here, I'm not going to be buying for a few months yet (will be waiting till I build my new rig). But figured if I'd check now, else I'll probably end up continuing looking for all that time. There also seems to be a few sales going on for monitors on their site - specifically noticed that ultrawide running for $500 again - if anyone wanted to throw that into a deal post.
There is the increased 'risk' of getting a monitor with dead or stuck pixels. Generally speaking no-name monitors use B-grade panels manufactured by big names like Samsung / LG, these panels are tested by the manufacturer and might've failed some kind of strict quality test (thus given a b-grade label) Instead of throwing them away, they are sold at cheap prices on the wholesale market and live on as no-name budget alternatives.
When you buy a cheap monitor you might also sacrifice some build quality (particularly the rigidity) of the stand and chassis, and the stand is also quite a bit more basic (no height adjust for instance). Warranty on that Kogan is also one year, while more premium monitors might get covered for few years.
