Builders replaced the lights and was wondering what sort of lights are these

The small yellow squares are LEDs. The honey jumble biscuit shaped thing is a driver, which converters the 240v electricity from your light switch (see the red and green cables) to a lower voltage and sends it via that little black and white wired to the little small yellow LED lights. They then convert the electricity into visible light.

i thought the yellow squares were stickers so tried to peel one off….doh.
so i guess a normal person would not be able to replace that light…so have to pay for a tradesman?
It won't need replacing for a long time, and when it does you can do it. You just need to find a similar LED strip (screw or stick it in place like your existing one) and connect the white connector that is sticking out of your driver into the led strip.
If you're not confident with the above, then yes get a tradie in.
Could you not just turn the light on to see? Or ask the builder? Or read the writing in your photo?
