Best headphones under $100

  creative were clearing their aurvana (or however you spell it) from rrp 400+ when it came out to about 99.
  dont know if they are still doing that sale though.

    Yeah got my Aurvana Live for 72 US, really good mid and highs not that much bass if that's what you require you will need to look elsewhere. Here is the link (Gone down a couple of dollars):

  You can get a pair of Shures for under $100. I personally bought a pair of Westone 2's from these guys and can vouch that they are a great source for earphones.

    UE700s are guaranteed to be the best for under $100. They are truly amazing <3

    I'd like them more if they were shaped like the superFi 5, but the sound they make and the dollar they cost would make you happy to be putting sharp rods in your ears, let alone amazing UEs

  I'll suggest the AD700 for $130 from eBay shipped.
