  • Is this a good price?

    • +1

For what they're currently priced at, yes.

    • Nope.

      • It's not the best price, but it's a fantastic price for a robovac of this quality.

Hi what are the warranty like for this ? Australian 2 years?

  • ETA for delivery?

I love mine. $389 was an absolute steal.

    • +1

Yeah, great price. That's how much gen1 goes for. How did you manage that?

    • wouldnt be an AU version for that?

  • +3

    Hanging out for sub $440.
    Mumbles to self: Patience..

    • +1

Ditto. But in the meantime I've still got to clean, so I'm very tempted…

      • Pay yourself $5 every time you vacuum, and put that to the price of the roborock!

  • +1

Sounds like they have excess. Price is dropping daily. Doubt there's much interest in the S6 yet either at $1000

  • How good is the mop function?

  • $430 tomorrow can't wait ;)

    • Where 430?

    • This has to be most useless comment I’ve seen in a long time.

  • Just bought one, although I noticed on DHgate they also have them coming from China for $140.11 USD, presumably with a US plug. Site looks a bit dodgy given they also appear to have them for $11 and it doesn't mention anywhere that it's probably just the battery. Maybe I only bought the cardboard box they come in.

Has anyone bought from these guys before? I want another Roborock but haven't heard of this group before. Also no paypal is making me nervous.

  • Is the AUD $483 Delivered still available? Am unable to find the same on the website. Can anyone share the direct link to the product with this price.

      It's $483 Delivered now :D

Thanks…What is the warranty for Xiaomi Mi Roborock S50 Robot Vacuum Cleaner 2nd Generation AU Version. The product page does not mention any warranty details anywhere?

  • Just tried to put in the various codes and am getting a $33.85 USD tax on the product which is boosting the price up to $536.30 AUD (21/8/19).

I've tried to contact the store via the site but am yet to get a response.

P.S. if you login to your account you can register a $25 usd coupon for first use coupon, so it's $25+$5 USD off.

    • I just called the store, problem solved :D

  • Don't forget to use their app, it gets a little cheaper. Not by much though.

Hey, mine arrived today. Packaging was fine, but no AU plug was supplied. It is an European plug in the box. Going to try and follow up with the seller now.

    • Great. Can you provide a review on its performance. Also, are you aware of the warranty it comes with? I was unable to find any details of warranty on its product page.

      • +1

I asked the seller regarding the warranty, it's a one year china warranty, honestly I don't know what that means, but roborock helps service any device purchased from any country since only the plug changes and all the parts inside are mostly the same.

    • Please let me know how you go with the plug. Mine was the same which is annoying as the title of this post states "AU Version". Would love to hear back from DHgate on this.

They are offering an adapter, and said it was a mistake at the warehouse. I was pushing for a replacement cable or $10 partial refund to source my own but end of the day I just don't have the patience to persist. If the adapter is a POS though…

        • Thanks for the update. I won't bother with the adaptor, I would prefer to use an AU lead which I have plenty around. Still a shame for the "mix up". I'm sure they have both EU and AU versions in their Australian warehouse for reasons…

        • Just get a figure 8 power cable, that'll work.

  • Ordered but got this weird payment verification process, so end up cancel order with live chat… now dont know what happening… why do you need to verify apple pay? The whole point of using apple is that I dont have to send seller the financial info.

    • Who knows, maybe they're very worried about being scammed. I had to go through their pay verification process for my credit card, after i uploaded the info, they approved payment a few days later and is now waiting to be shipped.

      • Well my order was a bust. Seller told me some BS that there was product quality issues (one of the sensors was faulty) and they asked me to please cancel the order so they can refund me. They've now marked the item as Out of Stock.

  • Warning to everyone!!!!!!!
I ordered the vacuum and used the supplied AU power adapter. It promptly started sparking, visible sparks shooting out from my power board.

    DO NOT USE THAT ADAPTER.
